To begin, I must admit I've never built nor the ranks of the Union of Interns and Residents of Tunis nor the AssociaMed, the association of medical students enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine of Tunis .
The first because I did not know where to go, the second since I've never worn in my heart that this association offered its members the "opportunity" to choose who will benefit from the money and the community as a springboard for exploring the world at the expense of the princess.
Today was the general assembly of SIRT in the amphitheater of service Forensic Charles Nicole Hospital to discuss a possible joint response vis-à-vis the implementation of the new law on national service.
During this meeting there have been very relevant interventions such as the wizard Hassen Hentati who stressed the importance of not bringing medical specialists in hospitals with the most rudimentary ways to treat a patient properly are not available.
What good move doctors if infrastructure is not following ...
Moreover, there are two possible lines against this law on national service: Let it requested a suspension Total Enforcement is accepted under either conditions.
The first option is the border of legality and common sense, and necessarily involves demonstrations everywhere, paralyzed hospitals, patients are left out, blocking the department, a showdown with the minister and other means chaotic make its voice heard.
This possibility is feasible and could probably pay my humble opinion having regard to the current context of the country, but what price will we pay? Are we the only ones who pay fairly? What crime would have committed the patient who comes to heal the Rabta or elsewhere for private care? Would we be able to fully assume this choice, if ultimately we vote?
The second option is more efficient in my opinion. Seek assurances, a revision of the conditions, status of physician procedures. And to do this, we have legal means of negotiations through the SIRT committee.
For me, the choice is obvious. I opted without hesitation for the most reasonable alternative. Tunisia is quite shaken well and the government does not know where to turn.
concerted negotiations would be ideal.
other hand, what happened this morning I was deeply shocked despite my full awareness of the presence of disruptive elements from the party Network Criminals Fallen in each meeting where the union is involved.
I saw members and former members of the Associamed rot persist in the atmosphere and to ensure that the AG post January 14 is doomed to inevitable failure.
These members (and former members) of associamed and other parasites are known to everyone and it is unnecessary to name them, are former RCDistes hardliners who knew when the wind shifted, taking advantage of people and become activists in the 25th hour.
Today I saw people ready jump on the first occasion to mess it up.
They got what they wanted when our teacher Dr. Bennacer came to demand that the Secretary General of SIRT extinguish his cigarette and that he, not having recognized could not control his nerves.
Then I saw with my own eyes those RCDistes, endless trouble, call the crowd to leave even after the union in question had left the scene.
Having managed to get some gullible interns and residents, the same group of agitators returned to the charge, using all means possible as low as they are there to prevent a vote, to steal the floor to the Deputy Secretary General Mohammed Fares and then push the majority to vote for a suspension of this law, which would result in chaos which we fear the outcome.
These people always have the same methods sprinkled with meanness and imbued with a destructive spirit, the same as Sghaïer Boubaker et al, the same as the militias that are destroying our country has
GA ending in fishtail, another AG will be fixed in days to come out with a vote, it also speaks to turn papers on all hospitals in Tunis in response to those who felt the sample unrepresentative here today.
Finally, I ask all interns and residents to remain cautious, to have an opinion on the issue calmly and deliberation without relying on these "activists" who have infested the system time of the RCD and continue still and always want everything to rot.
Glory to the budding doctors! RCDistes shame! That the will of Interns and Residents will be done!
